Committee Nominations.

2025 Annual General Meeting.

The 59th Annual General Meeting of the North Staffordshire Centre of The Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at 11am on Saturday 20th September 2025 at Offley Hay Village Hall, Mere Rise, Offley Hay, Eccleshall, ST21 6HH.

In accordance with rule 8 governing centres, I give notice that the following persons have been proposed for the Officers and Committee which will be elected at this meeting.

Chairman - Mr J Walker
Secretary - Mr S Osborne
Treasurer - Mrs S Snape
Vice Chairman - No Nomination

Committee Members - Mr S Ollerenshaw, Mr B Twigg, Mr J Whittingham,
and Mr A Kelsall.

In accordance with Rule 6.6, Club members may attend the AGM, but only Full, Joint and Family members who are registered with the Centre are entitled to speak and vote.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Guidance for Ralliers attending North Staffs Centre Rallies.              

To help with the speed of production along with reducing costs to centre members, the centre's annual rally booklet will only contain details of the rallies for the year.

The information that was previously located in the first half of the rally book is now on this website which gives us the flexibility to update it during the year if needed.

The file is in .pdf format and users can save it to their device(s) for future reference if desired.

Ashbourne diversion.

Little Winnick dates amended.

Please note that the dates for the Cornwall Rally at Little Winnick, Pentewan, Nr Mevagissey have been moved forward by two weeks.

The rally now opens on 7th June and ends on 21st June.

If you have booked and do not wish to attend on the new dates your deposit will be refunded.

If you are marshalling a rally in 2025 and have plans to put something on that you would like mentioned on the website or Facebook please contact the website officerWebsite Officer   as soon as possible.

Please remember that you do have to re-register with the centre each year as you renew your Caravan Club membership.
